Audio file uploads

As per David’s query, experiment re allowing audio file uploads.

I think we will run out of disk space if we allow > 4MB. When larger, use a link on a file sharing service. Discourse will prompt the user to do this is > 4MB.

Google Drive won;t natively play FLAC or OGG, but you can download. All the plugins that supposedly support FLAC for Google Drive can only be described as garbage.

MP3 plays natively in the browser.
