Early fingerings for Cavazonni

As a follow-up to the discussion regarding appropriate instruments for early renaissance repertory, does anyone have any thoughts on the most suitable fingerings to use for playing Cavazonni? I am hesitating between Diruta and Banchieri (whose fingerings seem closer to those of the virginalists and which I find easier)?

Here again, I suspect that the specific keyboard characteristics of an early keyboard (such as octave span and dip) can make or break attempts to adopt some early fingering techniques.

Thanks.

Matthew
