I’ve been asked to provide a quick update on the Gustav Leonhardt Pedagogy Archive.
Tilman has not only released a fine CD this week, but last month we published his reminiscences of studying with Leonhardt. The Archive has now published 11 contributions, from former students who were originally from the USA, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK and Brazil. More contributions are in preparation, but even with these 11 we have a considerable amount of fascinating material.
We have had very positive feedback from harpsichordists on Facebook, as well as from the Leonhardt family.
