Reply to List function appears to be broken

I have recently noticed the ‘Reply to List’ function supported by many mailers shows a blank To: field. I tested Thunderbird 91.2.0 and Postbox 7.0.51. I am sure many other mailers will also be affected, since it is clear the list reply address is not being properly added to outgoing mail from The Jackrail.

I am looking into it.
