On a Facebook group a customer complained the lack of response by the Instrument Workshop (fortepiano.com). Another member, who I believe is the current owner, says sorry for the inconvenience but they are closed now and they’ll find a new owner.
Their website seems still working, however. If it’s the truth, it’s unfortunate. However, the Instrument Workshop has never been the same after Lutz Bugart passed away. There are very few products listed for sale, I don’t know their quality as I didn’t order anything after Bungart’s passing.
Hope somebody will take on the business and bring it up again.
