I apologise for sending what my be regarded as unwanted spam, but it is very difficult to get to the bottom of this matter without testing in a live category.
I am responding to this test as previously I had trouble sending an e-mail on a different topic and did not understand how to do it any other way. I have since found out! - DB

I sent an email reply, and it didn’t show up. I have never succeeded in sending an email reply.
Replying to Fred’s reply which said that his previous reply didn’t show up.
